Baosteel to set up Yancheng Iron & Steel
Baosteel under Baowu Group revealed its plan on 29 July to set up a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Yancheng Iron & Steel, with capital of CNY 500 million ($72.66 million), Kallanish notes.
