Baosteel moderates financial performance outlook for 2019
Baosteel released its annual report for 2018 on 24 April. Its operating revenue grew by 5.4% year-on-year to CNY 304.8 billion ($45.31 billion). Net attributable profit also climbed by 12.5% y-o-y reaching CNY 21.6 billion. The steelmaker expects these to fall in 2019 however, Kallanish notes.
