Baosteel, Shougang release offers for February
China’s Baosteel has lifted its offer prices for flat products for February in line with increasing spot prices, a move which has been supported by strengthening HRC futures. However, Shougang has decided to keep most of its flats offers unchanged, Kallanish notes.
