Baosteel to issue $4.44 billion in bonds
Baosteel has been approved to issue $4.44 billion in super short term bonds as it continues to restructure its liquidity and financial costs. The company is also continuing to tweak its capacity elimination campaign in light of its success so far, Kallanish notes.
