Baosteel Desheng prepares for hot strip mill commissioning
Baosteel Desheng Stainless Steel is expected to commission its 1,780mm hot rolling mill before October. The official commissioning date is most likely to be brought forward to 28 September, according to media reports. This is so it can be used to celebrate China's National Day on 1 October, Kallanish notes.
