Baosteel Desheng orders furnaces from Baoye
Chinese technology supplier Shanghai Baoye Group won a tender on 19 November, to supply two 120-tonne argon oxygen decarburisation (AOD) furnaces to Baosteel Desheng. These facilities will form part of the steelmaker’s Stainless Steel Green Industry Base in Fujian province, Kallanish notes.
