Baosteel H1 net profit tops global peers
In the first half of 2016 Baosteel's income before tax and profit margin per tonne of steel were the best of any steelmaker worldwide, according to the Jiefang Daily. This was thanks mainly to soaring domestic steel prices and Baosteel's improved operations and management, Kallanish notes.
