Baofang Carbon restarts graphite electrodes project construction
Baofang Carbon Material Technology has restarted construction of its ultra-high-power graphite electrodes project, Kallanish notes.
The company says that it has carried out the power-up of some equipment with the help of the Lanzhou electricity authority.
