Baochem and Fangda set up graphite electrode company
The listed company of Baosteel has released further details of its cooperation with Fangda Group to invest in the graphite electrode sector (see Kallanish 3 May), according to its notice to the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Baosteel subsidiary Baosteel Chemical (Baochem) and Fangda Carbon have jointly established Baofang Carbon Material Technology Co., Ltd (Baofang Carbon).
