Bangladesh's Bashundhara orders longs mill for steel foray
Bangladeshi conglomerate Bashundhara Group plans a foray into the steel business by setting up a long product steelworks in Mirsarai, north of Chattogram. It has ordered from Danieli a 1 million tonnes/year capacity “MIDA” endless-casting rolling mini-mill to produce rebar and wire rod.
