Bangkok Sheet Metal eyes Japanese investor, Myanmar expansion
Thailand’s recently listed Bangkok Sheet Metal (BSM) says a Japanese firm may take up to 25% in the company. It is meanwhile planning its first overseas plant in Myanmar, Kallanish notes.
BSM, which produces cable ways, conduits and other manufactures shapes from narrow strip, says it expects to conclude negotiations with “… one of the top five electrical companies in Japan” in the third quarter, according to reports in Deal Street Asia.…
