Badische Stahlwerke to supply Strasbourg with heat
South-western German rebar mill Badische Stahlwerke (BSW) could use heat from its steelmaking process to supply into domestic heating systems, an idea currently being tested in a technical study. A memorandum of understanding was signed in May between the mill, the French city of Strasbourg, and the city of Kehl, where the mill is located.
