AZZ picks up Nebraska galvanizer Alpha
Galvanizing company AZZ Inc of Fort Worth, Texas, has acquired fabricater Alpha Galvanizing Inc, Kallanish learns from a company release.
Alpha primarily serves the utility pole, agricultural and industrial industries and consists of a 19,500-square foot facility in Atkinson, Nebraska. Alpha’s acquisition brings AZZ’s North American facilities count to 43. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
