AZZ earnings triple in fiscal Q1
Fort Worth, Texas-based electrical services provider and galvanizer AZZ Inc saw its net earnings more than triple on-year, Kallanish reports.
In the quarter ended 31 May, AZZ earned $22.3 million on sales of $229.8m - up 303.1% and 7.8%, respectively, from fiscal Q1 2020.
Its metal coating segment saw operating income increase 25.9% to $31.6m on sales of $127.7m, up 7.3%.
