AZZ completes Lectrus buy
Galvanizer and industrial services provider AZZ has closed on its acquisition of metal enclosure producer Lectrus Corporation, Kallanish learns from a company release.
AZZ paid $8 million plus $215,000 in associated bankruptcy costs for the company’s assets. The deal was initiated on 20 March.
Lectrus’ former Chattanooga, Tennesse, facility will be rolled into AZZ’s enclosure systems division.
