AZZ buys Lectrus Corporation
Galvanizer and electrical services company AZZ Inc has acquired fabricator Lectrus Corporation, Kallanish learns from a company release.
Chattanooga, Tennessee-based Lectrus manufactures custom metal enclosures with electrical and mechanical integration for the energy market.
Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed, though AZZ did acquire Lectrus as part of the company’s bankruptcy sale.
