AZZ buys Illinois galvanizer Rogers Brothers
US galvanizer and power services supplier AZZ Inc has bought Rockford, Illinois-based Rogers Brothers Company, Kallanish reports.
Rogers services galvanizing customers in the Midwest via a 13,000 square-foot facility and associated 30,000 square-foot warehouse. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed.
