AZZ buys Acme Galvanizing in Wisconsin
Electrical and galvanizing services provider AZZ has acquired Acme Galvanizing of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
The privately-held company primarily services the post-fabrication steel market. Financial terms for the acquisition were not disclosed, though AZZ expects the acquisition will be accretive to its earnings within one year.
