AZZ acquires NuZinc
Industrial services provider and metals coater AZZ Inc has agreed to buy Texas plating company NuZinc LLC, Kallanish understands.
Financial terms were not disclosed. NuZinc operates a 29,000 square-foot facility in Garland, Texas, serving the Dallas-Forth Worth area.
