Avtovaz increases car production, eyes further ramp-up
Russia’s main carmaker, Avtovaz, increased production of vehicles in the first half of the year, says the company’s official representative, Sergey Ilyinsky.
January-June output amounted to 238,215 cars, up by 73% on-year, Kallanish notes. In June alone, production increased 2.9-fold to 45,238 units.
