Avtotor eyes 100,000 cars for Russian market
Kaliningrad-based carmaker Avtotor plans to produce this year between 70,000-100,000 passenger cars, says head of the board of directors Valery Gorbunov.
“Around 30,000 of this volume will be for Kaiyi cars, whose assembly started at the enterprise at the end of January,” he notes. “In addition, Avtotor is currently actively negotiating cooperation with at least two other automakers from China.”
