Authority rejects Zhayi Steel’s equipment upgrade plan
The Hebei Department of Ecology and Environment has rejected the environmental impact assessment (EIA) of the transformation and equipment upgrade project of Qian’an Zhayi Iron and Steel in Tangshang, Kallanish notes.
The department did not provide an explanation for the rejection. But this usually means the report needs to be refined.
