Australia's Arrium falls into administration
Australia’s Arrium Limited has gone into administration the company says in an announcement monitored by Kallanish.
The miner and steelmaker has been in discussions with its lenders (banks and noteholders) following the lenders’ rejection of the recapitalisation plan for Arrium, announced in February. These discussions have now ceased, the company confirms.
