Australia exempts China from some HDG import duties
The Australian Anti-Dumping Commission announced last week that it would reduce anti-dumping duties on imports of some hot dip galvanized steel from China to zero, and from South Korea and Taiwan to 5%. However, the reduced tariffs apply only to a small proportion of HDG, Kallanish notes.
