Australia adjusts duties on Korean, Taiwanese rebar

Australia’s Anti-Dumping Commission has reviewed and adjusted its antidumping duties on imports of rebar from Korea and Taiwan. The review followed a request by Liberty Steel and DITH Australia, Kallanish notes. Dumping margins have been revised downwards. That leaves Korean exporters with lower duties and Taiwanese exporters with a minimum price floor instead of duties. Taiwan's Power Steel has been excluded from the duties. The taxes apply to hot …
