Australia increases scope of steel wire rope duties
The Australian Anti-Dumping Commission has revised the definitions of its anti-dumping duties on imports of steel wire rope from South Africa after an anti-circumvention inquiry. South African exporters were selling rope with an additional strand to avoid duties, Kallanish notes.
