Atrum Coal raises war chest for lawsuit
Australian metallurgical coal miner Atrum Coal is raising approximately AUD 4.15 million ($2.69m) via an entitlement offer. This is to fund litigation efforts against the Government of Alberta (GoA) over a policy change that has affected its Elan coking coal project development, Kallanish notes.
