ATI sells Indiana, Kentucky, forging facilities for $37m
US specialty metals producer Allegheny Technologies Inc is selling two of its forging operations to investment firm Wynnchurch Capital for $37 million, Kallanish learns from a company release.
The facilities in Lebanon, Kentucky, and Portland, Indiana, produce carbon steel forged components for the oil and gas, transportation, construction, and mining industries.
The transaction is slated to close this quarter.
