ATI inks pipeline repair supply contract
US specialty metals producer Allegheny Technologies Inc (ATI) has signed an oil pipeline repair deal worth $30 million, Kallanish learns from a company statement.
ATI will supply the nickel alloy for the product, with shipments slated to begin in the first quarter.
Neither the customer nor the line to be repaired was disclosed. An ATI spokesman says the pipeline is outside of the US.
