Ascometal to buy controlling interest in Saint-Saulve
French tube maker Vallourec says that it is commencing exclusive negotiations with special steel producer Ascometal Group for the sale of a majority holding in the Saint-Saulve steel mill in Northern France. Negotiations should be concluded with a final agreement being signed by the end of 2016.
