ARTC restarts coal transport after Australia flooding
The floods in eastern Australia last week affected coal production and rail transportation in the states of New South Wales and Queensland, Kallanish notes. The Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC) has now restarted its coal services on the Hunter Valley Network in New South Wales.
According to ARTC announcements, operations were able to resume with a limited capacity after minor restoration works were completed last week.
