Apex Metalurgica to build Argentine long steel plant
The Argentine Ministry of Production and local long steel manufacturer Apex Metalurgica have signed an agreement to build a new longs plant in the Santa Rosa Industrial Park, Kallanish learns from the authority. Santa Rosa is in the La Pampa region south-west of Buenos Aires.
