Argentinian steel sector remains depressed in first half
Argentine hot rolled steel and cold rolled flat products output fell both year-on-year and on-month in June. Output in the first half of this year also remained down y-o-y, according to data from local steel association Cámara Argentina de Acero (CAA). Crude steel and iron ore output moved down on the same basis, CAA says in its monthly report monitored by Kallanish.
