Argentina’s July car production slows, exports remain strong

The Argentinian automotive sector saw output and domestic sales fall month-on-month in July. Shipments abroad, however, remained higher in the month, Kallanish notes. According to the latest report by local automotive producers' organisation Asociación de Fábricas de Automotores (Adefa), July production decreased 8% from the previous month but was 11.9% higher on-year at 49,254 vehicles.
