Argentina’s automotive production increases in May
Argentinian automotive production increased on-month in May, according to the latest report by local automotive producers' organization Asociación de Fábricas de Automotores (Adefa). Exports, however, were weak in the period, Kallanish notes.
May production rose by 5.9% over the previous month and was also up 32.8% on-year at 46,442 vehicles. Five-month production soared 27.2% year-on-year to 195,306 units.
