Argentina begins investigation on Chinese seamless pipes
The Government of Argentina decided to open an investigation into alleged dumping from China of seamless pipes. This follows a complaint by local producers Siderca and SIAT (Techint group) together with Tubhier, Kallanish learns from official documents.
