Argentina continues to restrict scrap exports
Argentina has decided to extend again for an additional year from 23 December 2021 restrictions imposed on scrap exports. The Argentinian government says the move is due to structural reasons. Authorities also want to recover scrap for environmental reasons, while its international trade has increased significantly in recent years.
