ArcelorMittal Zenica increases production in 2019
ArcelorMittal’s Bosnia-based Zenica long steelworks produced 800,000 tonnes of crude steel in 2019, up 14% on-year. The Prijedor mine produced and dispatched 1.4 million tonnes of iron ore concentrate to Zenica last year.
The lower crude steel output in 2018 was on account of a blast furnace reline.
