ArcelorMittal warns of European longs overcapacity
The long products market in Europe is afflicted by “… huge overcapacity,” ceo of ArcelorMittal Europe Long Products Augustine Kochuparampil warned during the group’s media day held in Paris last week attended by Kallanish.
