ArcelorMittal USA reduces blast furnace production in Cleveland
ArcelorMittal USA plans to temporarily reduce production at its Cleveland, Ohio, facility in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, Kallanish reports.
The company has “...begun preparations for a safe and orderly blow down of CLE #6 blast furnace with necessary precaution to preserve the asset for future production,” says a company spokesman.
