ArcelorMittal South Africa restructuring to hit 2,000 jobs
ArcelorMittal South Africa (AMSA) plans to carry out a large-scale restructuring affecting 2,000 jobs in response to the challenging domestic market situation precipitated by high energy and raw materials costs. The firm also cites high rail and port costs as contributing factors.
