ArcelorMittal to run Iranian steelmaker, build DRI plant
ArcelorMittal has signed an agreement to assume management of Iranian long steelmaker Bonab Steel Industry Complex for a period of five years, Kallanish learns from Bonab parent Tourism Financial Group.
The agreement will give rebar and sections producer Bonab access to ArcelorMittal’s global sales network and also stipulates for the transfer of technological knowhow from ArcelorMittal.
