ArcelorMittal Poland plans coke conveyor fire investigation

ArcelorMittal Poland (AMP) plans to carry out a detailed investigation into the cause of a fire which broke out last Thursday at the coke conveyor belt of its Krakow steelworks. The fire, which AMP said could be seen from afar due to the conveyor belt being located several metres above the ground, was put out quickly by the works’ fire brigade.
