ArcelorMittal moves forward with Burns Harbor outage
ArcelorMittal USA plans to take down its C blast furnace in Burns Harbor, Indiana, for a scheduled maintenance outage, Kallanish reports.
No further details are available at this time, according to a company spokesman.
“The company is currently in a quiet period in advance of first-quarter 2020 earnings and therefore we are unable to provide further details about the duration of the outage at this time,” he says.
