ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih hot-tests upgraded mill 250-4
ArcelorMittal's Ukrainian Kryvyi Rih steelworks has begun hot-testing its upgraded rolling mill 250-4, which has been off-line since the beginning of 2019, Kallanish learns from the company.
