ArcelorMittal JV to control all GCC seamless pipemaking
The Industrialization and Energy Services Company (TAQA) has agreed to sell its 72% stake in Saudi Arabian seamless pipemaker Jubail Energy Services Company (Jesco) to ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Jubail (ATPJ). The transaction completion is subject to various approvals.
