ArcelorMittal Brazil creates joint venture with Piacentini Group
ArcelroMittal Brazil has received approval, without restriction, from the Brazilian authorities to create a joint venture with Piacentini do Brasil Construções Ltda., a civil construction company. So says the country’s trade defence agency Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econômica (Cade) in a note monitored by Kallanish.
The agreement does not encourage anticompetitive conduct, according to Cade.
