ArcelorMittal Construction acquires Italpannelli
ArcelorMittal has acquired the Italian manufacturer of light-insulating panels, Italpannelli. The deal, which was concluded by the steelmaker’s Construction unit, includes the supplier's Italy-based Abruzzo and Spain-based Zaragoza operations, Kallanish learns from the company.
Combined, these facilities have seven production lines with a capacity of 13 million m2 of sandwich panels per year.
