ArcelorMittal completes sales of assets in Brazil
ArcelorMittal has completed sales of two of its production facilities in Brazil, says the company in statement monitored by Kallanish. The disposal of the assets by the company was part of the conditions imposed by the national trade defence agency Cade for its final approval of the Votorantim Siderurgia acquisition by the global steelmaker.
