ArcelorMittal CLN acquires CSM Group stake
ArcelorMittal CLN Distribuzione Italia has signed an agreement to formalize the purchase of a 42.39% shareholding in service centre Centro Servizi Metalli (CSM). Industeel Belgium, part of the ArcelorMittal group, has concurrently hiked its share in CSM from 21% to 49%, Kallanish learns from CLN.
